Nashville home sales tick up as condo prices set new record

The Nashville area’s housing market remained robust in August, with the median sales price for condo units setting a new record. There were 3,883 closings reported last month, an increase of 3.8 percent over August 2016, according to new data from Greater Nashville Realtors.
