Malcolm is in the middle of selling—again. Actor Frankie Muniz has put his five-bedroom, seven-bathroom desert mansion on the market for $2.4 million. Located in Scottsdale, AZ, it’s now the second Arizona home he’s attempting to part with.

Muniz put a different desert home on the market in December 2016 for $3.5 million. Known as Il Segreto (“the secret” in Italian), that 5,300-square-foot home sitting on a 2.24-acre lot remains on the market with the price unchanged.

Muniz’s Scottsdale home features Venetian plaster walls, a natural stone interior, high ceilings with detailed beams, and granite countertops, all evoking a Tuscan style. The home is also located near the luxury Troon North Golf Club.

The exterior features well-manicured gardens, a pool and spa, and a built-in barbecue. There’s also a bocce court—another Italian-inspired feature—and a paved veranda. Fountains dot the lush grounds.

“It’s definitely going to be a home that’s attractive to somebody who … wants to be a member of a really high-end golf community,” says Monica Monson of Monson Luxury Group, the listing agent for the home.

The interior features a beautiful chef’s kitchen with dining nook, a great room with gas fireplace, three guest suites, and a home theater—in case you want to catch up with Muniz in syndication.

“It’s just a very warm and inviting space,” Monson says. “It’s great for entertaining, it flows well. It’s very comfortable.”

Muniz earned an Emmy nomination for his role as Malcolm in the Fox sitcom “Malcolm in the Middle,” which aired from 2000 to 2006. Since the show ended, Muniz has been pursuing an open-wheel racing career.

Could this house be yours? In the words of the “Malcolm” theme song: “Yes, no, maybe? I don’t know.”
