It’s been more than 100 days since he listed his home, but Chris “Birdman” Andersen is still hoping someone will swoop in to buy the mansion outside of Miami.

Andersen, an NBA veteran who last played with the Cleveland Cavaliers, had listed his 7,629-square-foot spread in April for $4.55 million.

Since then, the price on the Pinecrest, FL, has been reduced to $3.94 million.

Andersen bought the home for $1.89 million in 2013, around the time he won his first and only NBA title, with the Miami Heat. The Birdman stayed in Miami for three more seasons as the Heat dynasty began to disintegrate. He moved to Memphis in 2016, and finally to Cleveland.

Built in 1995, the gated estate is located in the affluent Pinecrest neighborhood. It has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and separate guest quarters. It features 10-foot ceilings (ideal for the 7-foot-tall Andersen, including his trademark mohawk), along with marble and wood flooring throughout.

The kitchen is newly renovated, according to the listing. The new owner will also find a family room, a living room, and a state-of-the-art security system with no fewer than 16 cameras.

The master suite includes a sitting area overlooking the lush backyard, which includes a tennis court, a heated pool, a gazebo, and, of course, a place to hoop up, because ball is life.

Unlike the traditional home he’s selling, the 39-year-old’s route to the NBA was unorthodox. After just a season at little-known Blinn College, the power forward took his game to China before returning to the U.S. and playing two seasons with four teams in the minor leagues.

It wasn’t until the end of 2001 when Andersen earned his big break with the Denver Nuggets. Since then, he has played for four teams.

Andersen, who’s currently a free agent, won an NBA championship as part of LeBron James‘ Miami Heat in the 2012–13 season. During the 20 games of the 2013 title run, Andersen shot 80% from the field.
