Tennis great Novak Djokovic is smashing it—at least when it comes to real estate. The Serbian star, who suffered a stunning defeat at the Australian Open, is in contract to buy two condos in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Djokovic is buying two two-bedroom condos on the upper floors—but not adjacent to each other—at 565 Broome SoHo, which is under construction with a 2018 move-in date. Each unit measures more than 2,000 square feet. While his purchase price wasn’t disclosed, similar units on high floors start at $5.4 million.

When finished, the building developed by Bizzi & Partners will boast two 30-story glass towers, a saltwater swimming pool, and a glass-enclosed conservatory. However, it won’t have a tennis court.

Djokovic, in a statement, says he’s a fan of architect Renzo Piano, whose firm designed this building and Eighty Seven Park in Miami Beach, where the tennis ace bought a place as well.

“Both New York and Miami are on my travel list every year and it will be exciting to have a place to come back to,” Djokovic, the No. 2 player in the world, told the Journal.

Even though Djokovic was eliminated early in the Australian Open by Denis Istomin, who’s ranked No. 117 in the world, he has won 12 Grand Slam singles titles.

In August, Forbes said that Djokovic, a top earner on the tennis circuit, pulled in $55.9 million in 2016. ATP World Tour says Djokovic is the first player in tennis history to earn more than $100 million in total prize money.
