Ty Burrell, who isn’t a Realtor® but plays one on TV’s “Modern Family,” has put his penthouse condo in Culver City, CA, on the market for $1.4 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Burrell’s unit is one of 18 within Culver Centrale, a four-story, mixed-use complex in downtown Culver City that opened in 2010. Burrell’s unit went on the market in January 2010 for $945,000, and the actor snapped it up a month later for $50,000 below the list price.
