2016 was a record for Central Ohio's hot housing market

Central Ohio homebuyers were more active than ever in 2016. The region saw 31,532 homes and condominiums change hands during the year, a 6.8 percent increase from an already healthy 2015 housing market, according to final year-end numbers from the Columbus Realtors.
