Last year was the strongest year on record for Dayton area home sales, according to the Dayton Area Board of Realtors. The industry group, representing Montgomery, Greene, Darke, Warren and Preble counties, reports that 2016 was record setting for home sales in all key areas: average price, median price, number sold and sales volume.
