The new year is bringing a new wave of homes on the market. Data from Columbus Realtors showed 2,181 homes and condos were added to the market in January, 55 percent more than December and up 13.1 percent from January 2018. Available inventory, which has been a problem for the past few years, has ticked up 12 percent to 3,818 homes and condos for sale at the end of January.
