South Florida home sales up slightly, condo sales surge in November

South Florida single-family homes sales grew at a modest pace in November, while condo sales were up strongly, according to new data from the Florida Realtors. There were 3,334 existing single-family homes sold in the tri-county area, a 0.9 percent increase from the same month a year ago. The median sales price was up 5 percent to $355,000.
