Home sales fell across all categories in South Florida in March, with Miami-Dade County especially hit hard by slower volume, according to the Florida Realtors. Single-family home sales in the tri-county area decline 7.6 percent to 4,111, compared to March 2017. The median sales price increased 7.4 percent to $350,000.
