“Hangover” star Ken Jeong is a triple threat. Along with his acting chops in comedic roles on the big and small screens, he is a physician and, apparently, a wiz with real estate. A home he owns in Calabasas, CA, is now on the market for $2.5 million.
Jeong, who bought the home in 2010 for $1,635,000, according to property records, will pocket a sweet profit if the home gets an offer at the listed price.
He also made headlines last year for snapping up an off-market listing, also in Calabasas, in a pricey upgrade. That four-bedroom, Tudor-style remodel was sold for almost $4 million to the popular actor.

The home he’s leaving behind also has its merits. The gated Spanish-style home was built in 2006 and measures 4,832 square feet. It has four bedrooms and 5.5 baths, with the majority of the bedrooms on the main level.

The main floor also features a formal living and dining room, library, chef’s kitchen with center island, breakfast room with built-in shelves and wine fridge, and family room. Stand-out details include tall ceilings and numerous windows throughout this level.
Upstairs there’s a suite that could be used as an office or home theater.

The exterior features lush landscaping, grassy yard, rose garden, and fruit trees. There’s also a kitchen area with barbecue grill and plenty of seating, including a patio with retractable awning.
Jeong’s sitcom “Dr. Ken” was canceled in May after a two-season run on ABC, but he’s staying busy with roles in two films slated for release next year.
