Hawaii condominium sales have been increasing at a faster clip recently when compared to single-family homes on Oahu, the Big Island, and most recently, Maui. According to a recent housing report by the Realtors Association of Maui, year-to-date closed sales for condominiums on Maui are up 7.3 percent, with the median price up 10 percent, while single-family home sales inched up only 1.6 percent.
