Keeping up with Lauren Conrad is as tough as keeping up with the Kardashians when it comes to rapid-fire real estate deals. The 31-year-old TV personality and fashion designer recently put her six-bedroom, five-bath, two-story home on the market for $4.5 million.
Conrad purchased the 4,303-square-foot Brentwood, CA, home from “Flipping Out” star Jeff Lewis in April 2013 for $3,651,375. The home was originally built in 1959, but Lewis had completely renovated the place—that’s what he does.
The quarter-acre property is situated behind a private gate. The home features an open floor plan, dark hardwood floors, Carrara marble, multipaned windows, french doors, and a wood-burning fireplace.

The immaculate white kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, including side-by-side ovens and stoves. There’s also a breakfast nook and a white marble–topped island separating the kitchen from the formal dining area.

Befitting the home of a fashion designer, the walk-in closet off the master suite is particularly spacious and well-organized, with a luxurious vanity. Several other bedrooms have en suite baths and dressing areas as well.

There’s no pool in the backyard yet, but there’s plenty of room for one on the vast lawn, according to the listing.

This home isn’t Conrad’s only real estate deal in the past couple of years. In May she sold her 5,900-square-foot, Spanish-style Pacific Palisades home for $4,750,000.
In early 2016, she sold her Beverly Hills duplex penthouse for $2.8 million. Before that, she sold the Spanish-style home that was used for “The Hills” TV series for $2 million.
Conrad and her husband, William Tell, currently own two houses in a gated community in Laguna Beach: a $2 million home she bought in 2009 and an $8.5 million home she bought in 2014.
The latter is the one in which the couple currently reside with their new baby, Liam, born in July. Besides buying and selling multimillion-dollar luxury homes, Conrad is currently creating a number of fashion lines and blogging on her lifestyle website, LaurenConrad.com.
