Pop star Selena Gomez tops the charts when it comes to Instagram (she has 121 million followers!). Get ready to see snaps of a new home because Gomez just bought herself a picture-perfect home in Studio City, CA, for $2.25 million.
The four-bedroom, three-bath home was built in 1951 and has been renovated three times by architect/designer Gus Duffy, who has worked with celebs such as Goldie Hawn and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Duffy installed floor-to-ceiling windows and opened up the kitchen to the great room.
After the latest renovation, the home went on the market in early April for $2.2 million. Gomez offered $54,000 more than the list price to score this sweet home.

The property features brick patios with a built-in barbecue area, a swimming pool and spa, and a detached guesthouse.
The listing agents were Jana Jones-Duffy (wife of Gus) and Fred Holley of Coldwell Banker.
In February, we reported that Gomez was trying to sell her 10,000-square-foot Tuscan-style mansion in Fort Worth, TX, for nearly $3 million. According to listing agent Todd Terry of Sotheby’s International, Gomez took it off the market a couple of weeks ago.
Gomez, 24, recently released a new single, “Bad Liar,” which she’s promoting on Instagram.
