A-list couple Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have signed a $20.2 million contract to buy a duplex in celeb-filled 443 Greenwich Street in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood, according to Variety. The Real Deal broke the story of the couple’s big buy.
The 5,375-square-foot penthouse with four bedrooms and four baths was originally listed for $25 million in 2014, and jumped to $27.5 million recently. It was sold to Timberlake and Biel at hefty discount.
The apartment features a floating staircase; key-lock elevator entrance; combination living space, dining space, and kitchen; wide-plank floors; and kitchen with walnut-stained oak cabinets.

So far, rumored residents of the converted, 19th-century factory include husband-and-wife actors Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, singer Harry Styles, Formula One race car driver Lewis Hamilton, and “Hunger Games” actress Jennifer Lawrence, who is renting out her 3,184-square-foot unit for a reported $27,500 per month.
The building bills itself as paparazzi-proof because it maintains an underground motor court and parking. It also offers 24-hour doormen, on-site swimming pool, fitness center, and Turkish bath.
Timberlake is a 10-time Grammy winner and Biel co-starred in the “7th Heaven” TV series. Variety says the couple, in their mid-30s, also own a smaller Manhattan penthouse, a mansion in Hollywood Hills, a 127-acre spread near Nashville, TN, and a ski chalet near Big Sky, MT.
