What 19-year-old needs four luxury homes all in the same general vicinity? Apparently model, TV personality, and social media influencer Kylie Jenner thought she did. After a change of heart, she’s now divesting herself of two of the homes.
Those who have been following Jenner and her Kardashian clan know they’ve been based for ages in the tony town of Calabasas, CA. Almost all of them, as well as an ex or two (e.g., Scott Disick), have purchased homes in the area.
Mama Kris Jenner, as well as half-sister Kim Kardashian and her hubby, Kanye West, have sumptuous spreads in the gated community known as Hidden Hills.
So just last year, through her “Candice Joe” trust, Kylie Jenner purchased not one, but two homes, right next door to each other, behind those coveted gates. Now, she’s listed the smaller of the two homes for $5.4 million.

The neighboring homes she purchased are both contemporary in style and built by the same developer, who also lives in Hidden Hills. Apparently Jenner’s plan was to live in the larger, 7,040-square-foot home, which she bought for $6,025,000, and run her fledgling cosmetics business out of the smaller house next door, which she bought for $4.5 million in June 2016.
Perhaps she discovered businesses are best based in offices, rather than ritzy private homes. In any event, the four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home has popped up on the market
Among its virtues are high ceilings, a chef’s kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, great room with wet bar, and home theater. There are multiple outdoor entertaining areas, including a patio with fireplace and built-in seating, a separate covered patio with barbecue, and a pool and spa.
There’s also a fenced vineyard, which in this area could be anywhere between 10 and 20 grapevines. The property doesn’t include winemaking facilities. After all, Jenner isn’t of legal drinking age yet.

Now let’s mosey on across the 101 freeway to a different upscale community, “The Oaks,” where Jenner is selling another of her residences: a six-bedroom, 6.5-bath, 5,100-square-foot, Tuscan-style home, which she purchased in 2015 for $2.6 million.
It’s been on and off the market since last June, when she listed it for $3.9 million. Little by little, the price has been dropping—it’s back on the market for $3.3 million.

The home features a chef’s kitchen with Viking appliances, quartz countertops, pharmacy sink, and breakfast nook. There’s also a master suite with a luxurious bath, walk-in closet, and separate closet for shoes and purses.

Outdoor highlights include a central courtyard, covered loggia, modern pool and spa, two fire pits, and barbecue area with bar.
Once these two houses are mere memories in her real estate portfolio, Jenner will have to make do with the two she still owns in Hidden Hills. In addition to the previously mentioned 7,040-square-foot house, she has a $12 million, 13,200-square-foot mansion that sits on 1.43 acres. It has eight bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms.
It makes sense that Jenner is culling her real estate portfolio—after all, a teenager can handle only so much. In addition to clothing lines, makeup lines, and an international modeling career, Jenner is on the verge of launching her own spinoff reality show, called “Life of Kylie,” scheduled to debut on E! on July 6.
