Home sales posted solid gains in South Florida during May and prices continued climbing, according to the Florida Realtors. Meanwhile, Florida Realtors said sales of single-family homes and condos broke a monthly report in both categories. Sale of existing single-family homes in the tri-county area were up 0.8 percent, compared to May 2016, to 4,691. The median sales price increased 8.4 percent, to $330,500.
