Quick-witted “Entourage” star Jeremy Piven is listing his longtime Malibu, CA, beach home for $10.5 million. If you’re dead set on living life like Ari Gold, but don’t have $10.5 million on hand, you can also rent it this summer for $40,000 a month.
Piven bought the 2,424-square-foot, three-story home in May 2004 (two months before the premiere of “Entourage”) from retired hockey player Chris Chelios for $3.5 million, listing Realtor® Kevin Brown says. Piven recently bought a new home in the Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles.
Built in 1949, the four-bedroom, five-bath home sits on a 7,990-square-foot lot with access to a 50-foot-long, perpetually dry section of Malibu Beach. Piven spent an estimated $1.5 million on renovations to the home.

The home’s Southeast Asian–inspired interior is designed to maximize the ocean views from virtually every room.
The ground floor features a wet bar, entertainment area, and enough room for Piven’s full drum set. The first-floor balcony includes an intricately carved wooden swing and built-in seating.
