Wisconsin's statewide home sales in September increased 6.9 percent from last year with 7,564 sales closed during the month as home sales are at the highest level since at least 2004, according to the Wisconsin Realtors Association. The median price for a home in Wisconsin also climbed to $167,450, a 7.9 percent increase compared with the same month last year.
