Home sales in the Dayton-area continued to climb in September. During the month, 1,478 homes or condos changed hands, marking a 9.5 percent jump from the same period last year, according to the Dayton Area Board of Realtors. September's total sales volume hit $216 million, up 13 percent from September 2015. Year-to-date sales through September reached 12,237, up 9.7 percent from the year before.
