There are more luxury homes hitting and then sitting on Houston’s market amid the oil slump, according to a new report. The Texas Association of Realtors recently released its annual statewide luxury home sales report, which found that Houston was the only major Texas city to experience a decline in luxury home sales between 2015 and 2016.
