Scott Disick has reportedly scored another home in Hidden Hills, CA, according to TMZ.
Disick is best known as the ex-partner of reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian, with whom he has three children.
The home was sold for $3,235,000 on April 4, according to property records. The five-bed estate is just under 5,000 square feet and was listed earlier in the year for $3,375,000. So it seems Lord Disick has cut himself a royally good deal.
And the price break leaves a little extra cash to update the property, as the aspiring home flipper may feel compelled to do.

Located on 1.33 acres and built in 1973, the home features distressed wood floors and an open family room and kitchen. The main level also has formal living and dining rooms, plus a game room with a bar. The master suite has a sitting room and stone fireplace as well as a built-in wine fridge.
The backyard sports a pool and spa with fountains and waterfalls, a built-in barbecue, fruit trees, and a sport court. Along with a three-car garage, there’s extra room for parking and possible room for horses.
This isn’t Disick’s first foray in the exclusive SoCal enclave. After making a few updates to a Hidden Hills property he purchased in late 2015 for just under $6 million, he put the place back on the market six months later for $8.8 million.
Unable to flip the property, Disick dropped the price by a million, but couldn’t a buyer. The home is currently available for rent for $60,000 a month, and it comes fully furnished, according to TMZ.
