Eli Manning hasn’t lost his touch.
The Giants’ starting quarterback sold his waterfront home in Hoboken, NJ, for $3.55 million — the most expensive price anyone has ever paid for a condo in the city’s history, says a Douglas Elliman spokesman.
The second most expensive residential sale was for $3.3 million at 216 Bloomfield St. back in 2015.
The gorgeous three-bedroom, three-and-a half-bathroom home in Frank Sinatra’s old ‘hood is in the Hudson Tea Building, which was once the headquarters and factory for Lipton Tea.
The posh pad comes with 10-by-12 foot windows that overlook the Hudson River and the New York City skyline. Past residents of the building have included former Giants star Jeremy Shockey, “The Bachelor” star Jesse Palmer, boxer Arturo Gatti and ex-NJ governor and ex-senator Jon Corzine.

At a roomy 3,550 square feet, Manning’s former condo is not quite the size of a football field, but it can certainly feel that way.
The condo is a combination of three separate units. It comes tricked out with a state of the art chef’s kitchen and a master suite wing that features a large, walk-in closet/dressing room.
Manning and his wife, Abby McGrew, lived here from 2008 until 2016, when they moved to accommodate their growing family. They now reside in Summit, NJ, with their three kids, Ava, Lucy and Caroline.
“They loved Hoboken, but their family was growing and they needed more space,” a source said.
“Hoboken continues to benefit from Manhattan’s high housing costs,” says Jonathan Miller, a real estate appraiser. The fact that it “remains a very tight housing market” is also a factor.
The median sales price is now more than $800,000, up nearly 8 percent in the past year, Miller said.
Last year, the Mannings bought an $8.5 million Hamptons home in Quogue.
