Funnyman and late-night host Seth Meyers and wife Alexi have paid $7.5 million for a huge, Greenwich Village co-op once owned by “Weeds” star Mary-Louise Parker, says Variety.
The 3,200-square-foot co-op is located in a full-service, prewar building on Washington Square. Meyers’ unit is a duplex with an open floor plan and features wood-burning fireplaces on both levels.
The main level features ebonized parquet wood floors throughout living and dining rooms. The white galley-style kitchen features a walk-in pantry and room for a breakfast bar. Two bedrooms and bathrooms sit on this level.

A floating staircase leads to an upper-level lounge with its own fireplace. This level features two en suite bedrooms.
Variety says Parker owned the apartment from 2003 to 2013, when she sold it for $7.45 million.
“The apartment has amazing views and is an exceptional property,” says Laura Rozos, the Corcoran agent who worked with Parker to sell the apartment a few years ago.
Meyers, who won a writing Emmy for his work on “Saturday Night Live,” now hosts “Late Night With Seth Meyers,” the NBC talk show he inherited when Jimmy Fallon took over “The Tonight Show” in 2014.
