Residential retail lender Prospect Mortgage announced Tuesday the opening of its Kauai branch in Lihue. The company offers home loan solutions including down payment assistance, FHA and VA loans, financing for new developments and renovations, and more. The office is located nextdoor to the Kauai Board of Realtors and will be operated by the mother-and-son team of Lisa Ledesma and Kyle Kaili.
