NEFAR: Closed sales slowing, but prices still show increase

Low supply continues to be the story in Jacksonville's housing market as for the third straight month inventory declined, according to data collected by the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. There were only 9,290 homes listed for sale in Northeast Florida as of August, which was a decline of 14.3 percent year-over-year.
