As we count down the most expensive new listings in the country week in, week out, we’ve become jaded by luxury features. A private dock for your yacht? Yawn. A secluded spa room? Snooze. Thousands of acres? Been there, seen that.
But this week we were introduced to a feature so bonkers, so over the top, so luxe, it brought us to a screeching halt. And it’s not even this week’s most expensive new listing! That honor goes to a $35 million equestrian paradise in Bergen County, NJ.
Our runner-up, located in the Porsche Design Tower in the Miami metro, is a four-level $32.5 million penthouse with room to show off your exotic car collection. On the 56th floor. Cars are ferried up the building through a contraption known as the Dezervator. Units in the tower’s lower levels come with a “sky garage,” but the penthouse offers a sky showroom, with space for up to 11 of your finest showpieces.
Aside from the equestrian paradise and the jaw-dropping penthouse, this week’s priciest new listings include a rebound listing next to a reservoir in Bel Air, an eco-friendly modern mansion on Long Island, and a triple-mansion riverside compound in Atlanta.
Get your motor runnin’ and check out the full list below…
