Actress Katharine McPhee probably has total access to her fiancé David Foster’s high-rise bachelor pad condo and recording studio, but she’s not ready to part with a pad of her own to fall back on.
Keeping her options open, McPhee is merely renting out her lovely three-bedroom, two-bath home in Toluca Lake for $6,900 a month.

McPhee tried to sell the 2,039-square foot home for $1.5 million in August 2017, but apparently thought better of it and listed the home for rent instead. She bought the place in 2015 for $1.4 million.
It’s an ideal living space for up-and-comers in the entertainment industry because of its proximity to NBC, ABC, Warner Brothers, Disney, and Universal. It’s also a quick walk to the area’s upscale restaurants and coffee shops.
The home is completely gated, for stars who need privacy from prying eyes.
