Charlotte's second-largest real estate firm is opening an office in downtown Winston-Salem. Fader RE, an affiliate of Charlotte-based Wilkinson ERA, will move into the Winston-Salem Foundation Building at 751 West Fourth Street, Suite 110. The owner is Clare Fader, who spent more than 11 years as a realtor with the Winston-Salem firm of Leonard Ryden Burr Real Estate.
