Home sales remained strong in Louisville last month, and the market is still tight. Research by Realtor.com shows that the median list price in the Louisville market was up 9 percent in July, at $250,000, compared to the same period last year. The average time on the market for a home fell 7 percent to 43 days, and the number of active listings fell 8 percent, to 4,490.
