The Houston residential real estate market recorded more record-high prices in July, thanks in part to a year-over-year increase in luxury home sales, according to the latest monthly report from the Houston Association of Realtors. The most expensive home sold in July was 3407 Inwood Drive, per data supplied by HAR. The 5,440-square-foot house, which is located in River Oaks Country Club Estates, was listed for $7.35 million by Robert Bland of Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty.
