Realtor.com might have named Columbus the second-hottest home market in the nation, but as anyone who lives here knows, it's not the same degree of hot all over. For example, in the first six months of the year in Central Ohio, Obetz had the fastest-selling homes, at an average of 11 days, while New Albany had one of the slowest averages – 61 days, according to an analysis of Columbus Realtors data.
