Maui home sales increase by more than 20% in July

Home sales on Maui rose by more than 20 percent last month, compared to last year, while the median price of a condominium in July rose by nearly 17 percent, according to statistics from the Realtors Association of Maui. The median price of a condominium on Maui in July was $513,163, which was an increase of 16.6 percent from $440,000 in the same month last year.
