Wisconsin home sales were flat in October, but the state is on pace to reach 80,000 in 2016, 3,300 more than last year, according to the Wisconsin Realtors Association. The high sales activity comes as the inventory of homes on the market is down almost 15 percent, with prices continuing to rise.
