Rachel Hunter, the New Zealand-born model who was married to rocker Rod Stewart, has put her home in West Hollywood, CA, back on the market. This time she’s asking $5 million, says Variety. However, if you’d like to rent the place, it’s a mere $20,000 a month.
The quirky English country–style home features a living room with beamed ceiling and leaded glass bay window, a dining room with fireplace and chandelier, a kitchen with glazed white cabinets and farmhouse sink, and a master suite with balcony. The house has five bedrooms, three baths, and a dogleg pool.
Variety says Hunter bought the property in April 2004 for $2,425,000. She listed it for sale in 2006 for $3.6 million, cutting the price to $2,995,000 before taking it off the market in August 2007. The property was listed again, in February 2008 for $3.25 million.
The home is nowhere near the priciest in the coveted 90069 ZIP code—there are currently more than 10 listings priced above $10 million.

Hunter, who hosts “Rachel’s Tour of Beauty” for Imagination Television, was 21 when she met Stewart, who is 24 years her senior. They married in 1990, then divorced in 2006. They have two children.
