Wisconsin’s statewide home sales count hit its highest mark in 11 years for the month of August, as the median price climbed to $170,000, according to the Wisconsin Realtors Association. The 8,385 sales tallied in August put the state 4.4 percent ahead of 2015’s pace through the first eight months of the year.
