Oscar-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio is selling a remodeled Malibu beach house for $10.95 million, almost seven times the price he paid for the property 20 years ago, says the Los Angeles Times.
The two-story house is located on Carbon Beach, Malibu’s sandbox to the rich and famous.
“It’s the best beach in Malibu,” says listing agent Katie Bentzen of Partners Trust Malibu. “Deep, sandy beaches; nice, big frontage; easy access to everything.”
The remodeled ’50s-era bungalow on the Pacific Coast Highway has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A gated entry and courtyard lead to the modest-sized 1,765-square-foot house, which includes a living room with fireplace and a galley-style kitchen with gray herringbone tile.

The lot itself is tiny, not even one-fifth of an acre. But a wide-plank wood deck features a hot tub, views of the Pacific, and stairs that take you directly to the beach.
DiCaprio, 41, purchased the house in 1998 for $1,775,000, public records show. This purchase came only a year after “Titanic” transformed the actor into a megastar.
DiCaprio has since starred in hit films such as “The Wolf of Wall Street” and “Catch Me If You Can.” He won an Oscar for Best Actor in 2016 for his work on “The Revenant.”
