Here’s your chance to buy a home remodeled by Jeff Lewis, star of Bravo’s “Flipping Out.” The best part of the deal? You don’t have to go through the hassles of renovating the home, wearing heavy TV makeup, or putting up with the show’s signature drama.

All you have to do is pony up $2.4 million, and the place is yours.

The “Flipping Out” episode featuring this house was relatively drama-free, at least as far as the remodel is concerned. The Sherman Oaks, CA, home of Tracy and Stuart Herriott was featured on Season 4 of the popular reality TV show. However, Lewis did nickname their young daughter Chuckie after she kicked him in the shins.

“After that, Jeff and Chloe had a special relationship that was a lot of fun to watch during the show,” the Herriotts said.

The Herriotts loved how Lewis redesigned their four-bedroom, 4.5-bath house. “About two years after the initial remodel [in 2010], we brought Jeff back to work on the exterior of the house as well,” they said.

As a result, this 3,482-square-foot home in the hills south of Ventura Boulevard has been completely redone inside and out by Lewis.

“We liked his take on traditional design with cleans lines and modern touches,” the couple said. “We were looking to bring a touch of modern to our house, so we removed some arches and squared some doorways.”

Lewis’ handiwork also gave the couple the open flow they desired. “Our home already had an open floor plan, but the removal of several half-walls really opened up the space and gave us a huge, open living area that we wanted,” they said. “It’s one of the first things people mention when they see our home for the first time.”

They’re also pleased with the overall aesthetic of their home. “The color palette and the glass interior and exterior doors make the house feel very light and airy,” they said. “And the glass doors bring a modern feel to a Mediterranean-style house.”
