The Hamptons property was constructed on 20.3 acres of “prime agricultural land” in 2014 and incorporates 27 stalls complete with drainage system, 14 paddocks, three outdoor rings, viewing stands, and a 15,000-square-foot indoor ring with a second-floor viewing and entertaining lounge.

In addition, the real estate contains two tack rooms, bathing stalls, managerial offices, and staff housing, with two apartments that feature two beds and four baths in total. In addition, two manicured fields are equipped with irrigation, and could be used for polo.

The property, known as Campbell Stables after the owners, Bob and Barbara Campbell, first became available in the winter of 2017, Mansion Global reported. The couple developed the property to “cater to the needs of affluent Hamptonites,” the story adds.

And indeed, the farm has been the locale of A-lister events, such as a birthday party hosted by Bruce Springsteen and Patti Scialfa for their daughter, Jessica. And model Elyse Taylor and the son of the owners, Seth Campbell, held a picture-perfect wedding on the site, which boasted guests such as Heidi Klum.

Regulars at the multiday horse show have included Alec Baldwin, Julianne Moore, Jerry Seinfeld, Candace Bergen, and Billy Joel, among others.
