Country Star Brian Kelley Lists Nashville Hideaway, Complete With Luxury Treehouse

Brian Kelley, who makes up one-half of the stadium-packing country duo Florida Georgia Line, is selling a one-of-a-kind property in Nashville, TN, that comes with its own two-story luxury treehouse.

Kelley, 33, spent years acquiring the seven parcels that make up his nearly 71-acre property just 25 minutes from downtown. Despite its proximity to Music City, the wooded compound feels like a remote oasis, says listing agent Baley Bodden. Kelley’s selling his spread for $6.24 million.

The showstopper, arguably, is the home’s treehouse, built in 2014 by Pete Nelson, host of the Animal Planet show “Treehouse Masters.”

The 500-square-foot treehouse connects to the main house via a 30-foot skybridge. It has a semicircular bedroom with a  circular bed. Downstairs, there’s a hangout area with a wet bar and leather couch. There’s also a recording studio with a neon “Vibez” sign—a nod to Kelley’s recording label, Tree Vibez Music.

The 1,600-square-foot main house is built on a platform and has a wraparound deck. The main floor is painted white, with exposed wooden beams, French doors, and large windows. The living room has a stacked-stone fireplace, and the master bedroom upstairs has a walk-in closet with its own washer and dryer.

There are two other homes elsewhere on the property. The “Party Barn” clocks in at 1,100 square feet and has three glass garage doors, a full bar, and a sleeping loft. The “Dog House” is a four-bedroom, three-bath, 2,600-square-foot house with a full kitchen.

The property is ideal for a large family, entertainment venue, or a corporate retreat. Bodden says she’s talked to a number of interested parties, including at least one recording label interested in buying the property as a creative space for its artists.

Kelley met fellow Florida Georgia Line bandmate Tyler Hubbard in 2007 while they were students at Belmont University. They recorded their first studio album in 2012, followed by subsequent albums in 2014 and 2016. The pair have six No. 1 hits on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs list. Their latest, “Meant to Be,” spent 40 weeks on the charts, and is still in heavy rotation on the radio.
