Jeremy Piven, who memorably played agent Ari Gold on HBO’s “Entourage,” has picked up a $7 million contemporary in the Mt. Olympus section of Hollywood Hills, according to Yolanda’s Little Black Book.
This “retro contemporary” home overlooks downtown Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean.
“The views are to die for,” says listing agent Sally Forster Jones of SFJ Group.
According to Yolanda, the neighborhood hasn’t been particularly popular with celebrities, but the views have attracted quite a few foreign buyers.

Piven’s home, which has been remodeled, features an open floor plan, numerous glass walls, and an infinity-edge pool.
The entryway has blond hardwood flooring and a staircase with glass railings. The kitchen boasts a center island and eating area that faces the hills.
The upstairs master suite has a patio, a fireplace, and a bath with double vanities and a freestanding tub.
For his role as the fast-talking workaholic talent agent on HBO’s “Entourage,” Piven won the Emmy for Best Supporting Actor for four straight years, 2005 to 2008. He later played the title role in “Mr. Selfridge,” a British TV drama that aired from 2013 to 2016.
