Bethenny Frankel, beverage mogul and professional pot stirrer on “The Real Housewives of New York City,” has listed her New York City apartment for $5.25 million, says People.
The four-bedroom condo in the SoHo neighborhood spreads over 2,392 square feet and features a sunken living room, 14-foot ceilings, wood-burning fireplace, balcony, and landscaped atrium.
The open, white kitchen boasts a center island big enough to accommodate four stools. The master suite features a fabulous walk-in closet, soaking tub, and steam shower.
The reality TV star bought the place in October 2014 for $4.2 million when she was in the midst of a divorce with Jason Hoppy.

Frankel renovated the apartment before moving in, as is her real estate style.
“I have been doing really well in real estate, and I’ve got the bug,” Frankel told People. “When buying, I think, ‘Would I like to live here?’ and also, ‘Is it also a good investment?’ It’s a really unique place, not a cookie-cutter place, and I did a great renovation to make it even nicer—and more valuable.”
Frankel, 46, is an original cast member of “RHONY,” which premiered in 2008, when Frankel was single and an organic chef who was developing her Skinnygirl brand of low-cal cocktails.
Since then, she’s been married and divorced, became mother to daughter Bryn, and sold her booze business to Fortune Brands’ Beam Global for a reported $100 million.
