A new Remax franchisee is looking to launch her business in Oakwood later this month. Broker-owner Christina Hilliard plans to hold a grand opening for her new business Remax Ultimate on Feb. 18. The 2,500-square-foot first floor retail space at 2331 Far Hills Ave. where Remax Ultimate will open was formerly a First Financial Bank branch, before the bank restructured its presence in the Dayton market.
