Home sales on Kauai dropped last month, compared to February last year, while prices were mixed for single-family homes and condominiums, according to statistics from Hawaii Information Service on behalf of the Kauai Board of Realtors. There were only 26 single-family homes sold on Kauai last month, a 50.94 percent drop from 53 homes sold in February 2018.
