President Donald Trump’s two eldest sons have put their aunt’s former house in Palm Beach, FL, on the luxury rental market, just months after buying it at a family discount. The cost to lease along this coveted stretch of sand? A mere $100,000 per month.
Deep-pocketed Trump supporters with an extra $1.2 million to spend each year would be hard-pressed to find a better location for proximity to the nation’s 45th president—1125 S Ocean Blvd. is right across the street from Mar-a-Lago.

Trump’s elder sister, retired federal judge Maryanne Trump Barry, 81, bought the eight-bedroom, 11-bath beachfront mansion in 2004 for $11.5 million.
Late last year, she put the house on the market for $23.9 million, but ultimately decided to keep it in the family—selling it for $18.5 million to an LLC managed by Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump. Various Trump family members own properties around Mar-a-Lago, which Donald Trump bought in 1985 for $7 million.

The beachfront mansion for rent boasts 194 feet of ocean frontage—a rare luxury in this part of Palm Beach, where mansions more typically have their beach access cut off by the coastal road, the Palm Beach Daily News reports.
Built in 1956, the West Indies-style home is short and long, designed to maximize its views of the Atlantic Ocean. When it traded hands between Trumps in May, the home had a decidedly 1950s feel that the Trump brothers are in the process of updating, Trump International Realty’s Heidi Brzyski told the Daily News.

The brothers are hoping to rent the home out to a wealthy tenant on an annual basis.
The rent of $100,000 is toward the upper end of the rental market in tony Palm Beach. For comparables, there’s a six-bedroom home about a mile away for rent for $150,000 per month, and a seven-bedroom home a couple of miles away for rent for $125,000 per month. If you must have a pedigreed property, talk show host Dr. Oz is renting out a nearby house he owns for $95,000 per month.
But if you’re looking for a rental and don’t have a Trump-sized bank account, there are about 340 other properties on the rental market in Palm Beach, starting at only $850 per month.
