‘Flipping Out’ Star Jenni Pulos Has Designs on Selling Her Encino Home

Being the long-suffering executive assistant to mercurial interior designer Jeff Lewis of Bravo’s “Flipping Out” might seem like a nightmare job, but it does have its perks, as Jenni Pulos will tell you.

Pulos has been by Lewis’ side for more than 13 years, and one of those crucial perks was having him design her gorgeous new backyard and pool area, which may be partly responsible for boosting her home’s asking price to $2.1 million.

According to property records, Pulos bought the home in 2015 for $1,650,000. She proceeded on a number of updates, including the Lewis-designed backyard with infinity pool and spa, bocce court, fire pit, grassy play area, terrace, and luxe kitchen with high-end appliances and marble island/bar.

“The backyard feels like a first-class resort, and is amazing for entertaining,” says Chuck Keller of EXP Realty, who is co-listing the property with Doug Rago.

It’s just like Pulos to require a luxe outdoor kitchen. Her family has been in the restaurant trade for decades, having founded the Old Spaghetti Factory chain. Her remodeled kitchen inside the home also reflects her love of the culinary arts, with its rich wood floor, center island with waterfall edge, custom cabinetry, professional appliances including a wine refrigerator, and recipe-planning station.

The house measures 2,908 square feet and has four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The office with fireplace could possibly be turned into the fifth bedroom. Two of the bedrooms are done in cheery pink, and have everything a young girl could ever want or need. Pulos and her husband, Dr. Jonathan Nassos, have two daughters.

The home is located on a gated half-acre lot in Encino, which is also home to other celebrities, including “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards, actor Josh Duhamel, and MLB legend Jimmy Rollins, who just set a city pricing record with the purchase of a $10.65 million home.

Befitting a celeb home, eight security cameras monitor the house and grounds. Keller notes that the family love the home, but as they grow, they need more space.
