Actor and director Clint Eastwood is selling his nearly 5-acre, fenced and gated property in Pebble Beach, CA, where ex-wife Dina filmed her short-lived reality show, “Mrs. Eastwood and Company.” Asking price? A cool $9,750,000.

The 1920s Spanish Colonial is owned by a real estate trust linked to Eastwood, Variety says. It last changed hands in 1994 for $3.9 million. The property was available off-market last fall, before debuting in October at the current price.

Named Hacienda Este Madera, it’s located in what’s known as the California Riviera, close to Carmel by the Sea and the Pebble Beach Golf Links, which Eastwood and other investors purchased for $820 million in the late 1990s.

The 6,922-square-foot estate includes six bedrooms, six baths, and a living room that takes in ocean views and is topped by hand-hewn wood beams. The kitchen boasts a Carrara-topped center island, hardwood floors, and a checkerboard backsplash. The formal dining room “has hosted iconic dinner parties for Hollywood luminaries, artists, authors, musicians, and foreign dignitaries,” according to the listing.

The home’s Spanish-style finishes include glazed terra-cotta tiles, hand-crafted ornamental iron work, and massive wood doors.

Eastwood, 86, lived there with Dina, daughters Francesca (whose mother is Frances Fisher) and Morgan (whose mother is Dina), and a six-person a cappella group called Overtone, which Dina managed. The property was featured in the E! network reality show that ran for 10 episodes starting in May 2012. It was a prelude to the couple’s split amid “rumors the notoriously private movie icon wasn’t happy with his children being thrust into the spotlight,” the Daily Mail reports.

Eastwood owns other properties in the area, including a 16,000-square-foot hilltop home at the Eastwood-owned Tehama Golf Club, two large houses above the Bel-Air Country Club in Los Angeles, and a home in Sun Valley, ID.
