Louisville-area home prices in November were higher than a year ago, but the number of homes sold declined. The Greater Louisville Association of Realtors reports that 860 homes in Jefferson County were sold by its members in November, down 9.5 percent from the same month last year. The average selling price was up 4.7 percent, at $222,497. The number of active listings in the county as of Nov. 15 was 2,625, up 3.4 percent from a year earlier.
