Total homes sales in the four-county Milwaukee region this year will be about the same as 2017, according to numbers from the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors. So far, there were 19,346 sales between January and November of 2018, compared with 19,402 for the same period in 2017, despite there being fewer homes on the market in 2017.
