This week, we tallied up the numbers, and one jaw-dropping home stood way above the rest. We’re used to seeing chart-toppers rack up tens of thousands of views, but an amazing home in Detroit set new records as it zoomed past millions of views—in a single week!

The internet went bonkers for the Motor City masterpiece, thanks to the over-the-top furnishings, distinctive decor, kitschy knickknacks, custom cars, and assorted collectibles all crammed inside. The most intriguing aspect? Everything inside the home is included in the purchase price of $550,000. Even the two classic cars.

The retired homeowner, Ronald Nassarknown as Mr. Ronnie—is looking to downsize and leave his lifetime of curation behind. For fans of vintage collectables, it’s a true treasure trove.

Vintage fever was also responsible for this week’s runner up. A 1970s-era home in Kansas with groovy interiors is up for auction, with no minimum and no reserve. The 23-acre property comes with the retro-fantastic house, workshop, and even its own lake.

Other notable properties cracking the Top 10 this week include a mega mansion being sold by Tiger Woods‘ ex, Elin Nordegren, a fired football coach leaving behind the Razorbacks and his Arkansas home, and a charming (and cheap) fixer-upper in Montana.

So while we pool our money to make an offer on the delightful Detroit home, please scroll on down for all of this week’s most popular homes.

10. Undisclosed address, North Palm Beach, FL

Price: $49,500,000
Why it’s here: Divorce pays dividends? Elin Nordegren used her reported $100 million divorce settlement from Tiger Woods to buy a piece of property in 2011 for $12 million. The 38-year-old former model then tore down a home and built the mega mansion now for sale. The oceanfront property offers indoor-outdoor living, light-filled spaces, and a Caribbean-inspired vibe.

9. 9301 Burlington Dr, Detroit, MI

Price: $899,000
Why it’s here: A custom California contemporary—in Detroit? You’re not lost. San Diego-based architect Mark Steele designed the home in 1979, with an open floor plan kitchen, a master suite with private balcony, a landscaped backyard, and huge deck. The light-filled spaces contain multiple skylights and high ceilings. While you may want to switch out the red paint and some light fixtures, the listing description assures us the place doesn’t require a renovation.

Price: $64,000
Why it’s here: Built in 1911, the price tag on this charmer is low enough for a dedicated DIY-er to get to work. It needs some serious renovations, but the quaint one-bedroom still features many original details, like ornate ceilings, a claw-foot tub, and hardwood floors, moldings, and wainscoting.

7. 2308 Eoff St, Wheeling, WV

Price: $225,000
Why it’s here: If you’re not ready to undertake a major renovation, can we interest you in a turn-key row house in West Virginia? This century-old residence has been gutted down to the brick shell and rebuilt. Wherever possible, original features were salvaged and reused, including exposed brick, wood doors, fireplace, and ornate fixtures.

2. 2900 W 55th St S, Wichita, KS

Price: Auction!
Why it’s here: There’s no place like home…especially when the house, shop, and 23 acres of land are being sold at auction with no minimum or reserve.

The winning bidder will walk away with a 6,971-square-foot house with 3 beds and 4.5 baths. The home looks unchanged since it was built in 1975, and includes details like a living room with a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, a kitchen with commercial grade cook area, along with a rec room and wet bar, and “dazzles with retro flair.”

Other amenities include an elevator, a private dock, and lake. The property also comes with a 5,500-square-foot shop with kitchen, bath, and office. Also at auction are two additional parcels of land, which could add up to a total of 41 acres.

“It’s no doubt one of a kind,” says auctioneer Braden McCurdy. He notes that proceeds from the sale will go to several charities through the Wichita Community Foundation. The estate belonged to the late owners of Weidman Metal Masters of Wichita. It will be owned next by “the last hand in the air,” according to the auctioneer.

1. 450 W Grixdale, Detroit, MI

Price: $550,000
Why it’s here: Home owner Ronald Nassar deserves all the credit. He clearly had a vision for his abode, and he stuck with it.

The result of Nassar’s decades of dedication set the internet ablaze this week. From Facebook to Reddit, folks were sharing this remarkable home with unprecedented zeal.

When a home goes up for sale, it’s usually advised to photograph it either empty or with minimal clutter. However, the buzz created by this casts aside all sorts of conventional staging wisdom.

So feast your eyes, and if you’re a fan, pull out your checkbook. But if you want to tour the home, take note: It’s only shown on sunny days.
